Culture Transformation:
The process of implementing strategic changes to an organization’s culture so that it becomes a higher-performing organization. This is done by analyzing the organization internally and externally and implementing change initiatives to the structure and processes in addition to coaching employees (both managers and workforce) to not just accept the change but to lead it.
The below sample is from a two day workshop that I developed in partnership with Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group, which I delivered to more than 5,000 employees across the organization.
The workshop was a series of exercises and discussions around culture, human behavior and tools on how to assess certain factors that might limit productivity.
